The following terms and conditions shall be applied to the use of our Website (japanesepapercraftsonline.com) or to an order of our products. When you use our Website and/or order products through our Website, it is deemed that you have agreed these terms and conditions. Therefore, please read these terms carefully and fully understand them before you place an order.
All transactions through our website shall be subject to Japanese law. For your loss incurred with using this website if any, we accept no responsibility whatsoever other than the loss in relation to a purchasing contract between you and us.
1. HOW TO ORDER
After you completed the process of order and click the "confirmation" button, it is deemed that you have agreed all the terms and conditions stated herein.
There are 2 steps to place an order as follows:
1. Enter your name and your billing address (where the product to be delivered)
2. Your agreement of payment by Paypal
Each product is made-to-order upon receipt of the order; therefore, in principle it will take from 20 to 30 days to ship the product after receipt of your order. Within 72 hours after settlement of payment has been confirmed, we will send you an e-mail of confirmation with an approximate shipping date.
The maximum limitation per one order is 200,000 Japanese yen.
In case you wish to order products more than 200,000 Japanese yen, please contact us beforehand. Please understand that there may be a case that we may specify the method of your payment, or cancel such order.
Please check laws and regulations and import prohibited articles in your country/region prior to your order. Even if the ordered product is seized by authorities and/or you are imposed a high amount of custom duties in your country/region, we are not liable for such matters. Also, we shall not reimburse the price of product nor delivery charges to you, due to the above-mentioned cause.
2. PAYMENT
Payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and Paypal is accepted. If you have Paypal account, the payment procedure shall be done through Paypal. Even though you do not have Paypal account, you can of course settle payment by your credit card. Please rest assured that we shall not keep your credit card information.
It is your responsibility to acknowledge us whether your delivery address and e-mail address are correct and updated. If our e-mal cannot reach you or we are unable to contact you, we may not comply with your order.
Currency of payment by credit card and Paypal shall be in Japanese Yen. The product you ordered will be shipped after we received confirmation of acceptance for payment from Paypal or a credit card company. When you settle payment by credit card, please use a credit card under your name. If your name and the name of a credit card differ, we may cancel your order without advance notice to you.
It may accrue import duties, added-value tax, custom fee, and sales tax and/or inland delivery charge by laws and regulations in the destined country/region. These accrued costs shall be borne by you at cost and charged directly by EMS (post office) or a delivery company.

3. SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
All products shall be shipped from Japan to the designated address at the time of order, by EMS of Japan Post Service Company. Please check the following list for which Zone your country/region is categorised

We will not deliver the products other than the address registered to Paypal account, or the address of a credit card holder at the time of settlement of payment.
Explanation of Express Mail Service (EMS):
After shipping preparation has been completed in Japan, the product will usually arrive to you from four to seven days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included in working days.
EMS is insured with a tracking number. In case of loss or damage, up to 20,000 yen will be reimbursed. Please check the delivery status with the following EMS online by yourself.

There may be a case that the delivery is being delayed due to custom clearance but we are not liable to such delay.
In case import duties, added-value tax, custom fee, and sales tax, inland delivery charge etc accrued, you are responsible to pay these costs requested by EMS. If you refuse to pay such costs, the product shall be returned to us. If you failed to receive the product and to sign on the receipt when it’s delivered to the designated address by EMS, the product will be kept at a nearby post office, and you have to pick it up within a certain period (the duration differs from country to country). After such period, the product will be returned to us as unclaimed package. If the product returned to us for any reason, the reimbursement to you shall be the balance after deducting delivery charge and return shipping cost from the payment received from you.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
We start to make a product immediately upon receipt of an order. The order cannot be cancelled according to your own convenience after the settlement of payment. Please check once again your order before proceeding to settlement of payment.
5. RETURN POLICY
We accept return goods only in case the product was damaged. In case of damaged products, please contact the customer service at our e-mail address: info@ssjapan12.com with the order number, your name, the photo of the broken product and your e-mail address within 7days upon receipt of the product, and return the said product within 14 days after your notification to us. The product must be returned with manual and other documents, accessories etc in the same in content as it’s delivered. We cannot comply with the return goods if any content lacks from the original package.
If you contact us for return goods after 7days upon receipt of the product, or return goods without any advance notice to us, or return goods after 14 days from our acceptance for returning goods, we cannot refund your money.
The colour of products on this website may differ from the actual products due to the monitor of your personal computer, an environment of a browser and/or the light effect at the time of taking photographs.
However, we are unable to accept return goods with the reason that the colour and image of products on the website are different from the actual products. Please bear in mind that you are responsible to your order.
6. REFUND
The refund will be done through the same credit card /Paypal used for the purchase.
7. COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We, S&S Japan hold copyrights and intellectual property of all materials and content on this website, including products, text, logo, explanations, illustrations, moving image, photographs. Therefore, it is strictly prohibited for anyone to copy, modify, publish, transmit, transfer, reproduce, create derivative works, or to exploit any of the said contents, in any way, in whole or in part.
8. PRIVACY POLICY
We handle each of your personal information appropriately. We keep your personal data only for the use of the following purpose:
1. Advice for shipment status, sending catalogue and direct mail, after-the-sale service related to products, new products and customer service, to you.
2. Advice to a delivery company (Japan Post -EMS) of necessary information such as your name and address, for goods delivery.
3. To comply requests from you regarding products and other inquiries.
We shall not provide or disclose any of your personal information to a third party, save to the extent that we received your agreement for disclosure in advance, or we are obliged to provide them in accordance with laws and regulations.
In future, we may send you e-mail newsletter. If you do not wish to receive these, please let us know so that your name will not be listed.
